Delivery & Returns policy
In most (standard delivery) orders your product will be delivered in 2-4 days.
Scooters, powered equipment may take a few days longer, allowing time to fully assemble your machine for you and arrange a delivery to your door. The prices below are for MAINLAND UK only… Scottish Highlands, N.Ireland may incur extra costs.
Delivery options
- Click and collect – This service is FREE and you will be contacted when the item is ready in our store to collect
- Standard Delivery – £3.95 This is usually by Royal Mail signed for (or courier mail service) and takes on average 2-4 days
- Express Delivery – £8.50 This is delivery by courier and is normally 1-2 days, you will be contacted if there is a problem
- Items over £45 Will automatically have a FREE standard delivery option, but you can still choose Express delivery.
- Gold Delivery – This option is for items such as Mobility Scooters that can be fully assembled for you and delivered by an engineer with a demonstration
Online Returns will only be accepted if arranged within 7 days and the item is 100% unused and in its original packaging.
Carriage costs will apply if the order was correctly executed by ourselves. Any wrong delivery / supply of goods will receive a full 100% refund. Distance selling rues are adhered to.
Showroom Purchases – If a product is purchased in store where the customer is given chance to have a demonstration and touch / feel the product, then a return / refund is not a “given” within the 7 days….. Simply changing one’s mind does not guarantee a return. (These rules are supported by the .gov regulations regard in store purchases….).. If however a return is granted for “change of mind” there may be costs incurred e.g. if we have delivered the product, done a demonstration and have to re-collect the product (thus occurring costs)
Damaged Goods
Customers must check the condition of goods before signing the drivers delivery sheet as no recompense for damage can be given after such date.
Selected items may arrive fully assembled.
Some items such as clothing, manual wheelchairs, selected small scooters, batteries, bathlifts, walking sticks etc will be delivered “boxed” by carrier with only minor assembly required, easily done by the customer.
Warranty
Scooters and powered Equipment
All our products carry a 12 month manufacturers warranty for faulty materials, and must be returned by the customer to our premises for any warranty work. On a local basis (within 50 mile radius) the scooter warranty will be “from your door”

If a problem occurs our first point of contact will be by telephone with an attempt to give advice on possible remedies. 90% of problems are easily sorted with good advice and aren’t faults at all. If however this advice does not help then an engineer will repair the fault for you under the terms of the guarantee at our workshop in Mansfield Notts
Warranty Exclusions
Charges will apply if upon an engineer inspection a problem is NOT a warranty repair but is associated to one of the following exclusions;
Parts which need adjustment, items showing fair wear and tear, Tyres, inner tubes / punctures, bulbs, plastic shroud damage and upholstery, motor brushes worn out, normal battery wear (and battery damage due to inactive use and insufficient charging, wheelchair brake adjustments, circuit breaker re-set (see operators manual) electrical sockets / connections damaged due to incorrect operation etc.
Damage due to mis-use or accident cannot be included under warranty terms.
Please ensure that in the unlikely event of a fault it is not one of these exclusions before making a warranty claim.
Repair becomes chargeable if associated with any of above.
All the prices on disabled equipment are exclusive of vat upon receipt of a signed vat exemption statement (naming an illness) supplied as part of the sales invoice procedure
